Although he is not a gourmet without a teacher, he is also a true "seafood controller" when he grows up by the sea. As the saying goes, the mountain eats mountains while the sea eats the sea. My feelings about seafood are beyond the scope of ordinary food. However, regarding today's topic, whether seafood is eaten raw or cooked, it really made me think for a while. After clarifying my thinking, I wrote the following. Although it is smaller than the teacher who is not a gourmet, he grew up at sea and is also a true "seafood controller". As the saying goes, the mountain eats mountains while the sea eats the sea. My feelings about seafood are beyond the scope of ordinary food. However, regarding today's topic, whether seafood is eaten raw or cooked, it really made me think for a while. After clarifying my thinking, I wrote the following:

First, eat raw and cooked to see the sea

When I was a child, I often saw relatives eating live octopus directly on the beach after returning from the sea. Today’s fishermen don’t do this anymore because the sea is polluted. In addition, the water temperature of seawater is closely related to its depth, and microorganisms in seawater with high water temperature will be more complicated. Therefore, Xiao Yu suggested that seafood produced in shallow seas should not be eaten raw, especially in polluted sea areas.

Second, look at the variety when eaten raw

In addition to the first factor mentioned above, even if the seafood we catch comes from the non-polluted waters of the deep sea, not all seafood is suitable for eating raw, depending on the type. Some seafood tastes salty and fishy, so it is difficult to swallow them directly. There are also many fish bones, which are not suitable for eating raw. Therefore, varieties with large body, mild meat quality and good taste are suitable for eating raw.

Three, finally depends on the origin

The place of origin here is related to the sea to some extent, but it is different. Generally speaking, the common seafood that can be eaten raw is basically salmon, tuna, northern shells, etc. It is handed down from Japan. But because it is eaten raw, if there are parasites in the meat, it is very harmful to the body, so inspection and quarantine are very important. Therefore, raw seafood is not recommended.

In addition, our Chinese diet is not raw, but raw. In the process of cooking and heating, most microbial parasites will be killed, so from this point of view, eating raw seafood is not recommended or recommended.
